Warranty
Venator Watch Company LLC warrants any and all products produced by Ventor Watch Company from any and all manufacturing, or material defects for the lifetime of the product. VWC does not warrant products/accessories misused, improperly installed, or modified from the original factory product configuration. Normal wear and tear of a product is not covered under the limited lifetime warranty.
Returns
Venator Watch Company offers customers a 30-day return policy. Products returned are eligible for in store credit only. The following criteria are necessary for returns to be processed:

Product / accessories must have not been used.

Product / accessories must be returned with all original factory packing materials, parts, and factory documentation

Shipping cost are non refundable. Customer is responsible for return

Shipping of product to Venator Watch Company.
Customers must contact Venator Watch Company to acquire an RMA number prior to sending in a return. Please jason@venatorwatch.com for any questions regarding a possible return.
